14th April 2009 - PLUM PROPERTY WIN NATIONAL GRAND PRIX GOLD AWARD!
Plum Property not only won the Gold Award for Best Letting Agent in the North Region, but went on to win the coveted NATIONAL GRAND PRIX GOLD AWARD FOR BEST LETTING AGENT IN THE UK!
Plum Property won both the Gold Award for the North Region and the National Grand Prix Gold Award at the prestigious Estate & Letting Agent Awards ceremony for 2009, sponsored by the Property Search Group and supported by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
This award was for our excellent customer service, as voted for by our landlords over the last 12 months. The results of the competition were determined by research carried out amongst landlords who were asked a series of questions about the service received from their letting agent.
The trophies were presented to us by Phil Spencer (Location, Location, Location) at a lavish ceremony which took place at the Marriott Hotel in Mayfair on 8th April 2009.
Alison Branton said “we are incredibly proud to have achieved the top award and the number of landlords who voted for us confirms that we do offer an excellent service. I feel it is even more remarkable as we are a relatively new company and we were competing against large chains and strongly established letting agents throughout the UK”.
We have always offered a fresh approach to lettings and this has obviously paid dividends.
