12th March 2009 - BEST LETTING AGENTS IN THE UK ANNOUNCED

EAOY 09Plum Property Management has been shortlisted as one of the best letting agents in the Yorkshire & Humber Region at the Estate & Letting Agent Awards sponsored by PSG.

We have been shortlisted for one of these prestigious awards and will be attending the Awards Ceremony to be held at the Marriott Hotel in Mayfair on 8th April 2009 where the Gold and Silver awards are presented by Phil Spencer from Channel 4’s Location, Location.

The results of the competition are determined by research carried out amongst our landlords who are asked a series of questions about the service they have received from us. Over 30,000 questionnaires were sent out to the landlords and customers of the 200 participating agents.

PSG, the headline sponsor and one of the biggest HIPS providers in the UK, says “On behalf of PSG, I would like to congratulate all the agents in their quest to help raise standards through their ability to deliver excellent service to their customers”.

Phil Spencer says “The most powerful marketing tool for Agents is word of mouth, so customer satisfaction is key”.

We are delighted to be shortlisted for this award and since our Landlords have voted for us, we can feel proud in knowing that we offer an excellent service.
